The Assam Institute of Management (AIM), Guwahati (A Govt. of Assam Society) successfully conducted Outreach Program – 1, a two-day Student Training Programme on Professional and Personal Development, held on 19th and 20th November, 2025. This targeted program was delivered to the final-year students of Dakshin Kamrup College, Mirza. The programme aimed to enhance the students’ readiness for their careers by focusing on crucial managerial, leadership, and career-building skills. The training was structured around interactive sessions and practical learning methodologies, specifically supporting the development of key competencies vital for professional success, including communication, teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving.
